Security is a top priority. Our facilities utilize controlled access, surveillance, and physical safeguards to protect customer equipment. Only authorized personnel are permitted on-site, and all handling follows documented procedures.

We strive for transparent pricing, which is based on actual usage measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh), along with a one-time setup fee. Hosting is billed after it is used, not prepaid. Any additional costs—such as repairs, unracking or special handling—are only applied with prior approval.

Yes, occasional curtailments may occur due to grid demand or utility requirements. These events are very limited, planned when possible, and communicated in advance. Historically, curtailments represent a small percentage of total annual runtime.

Invoices are issued on a regular billing cycle and reflect metered power usage for the prior period. Payments can be made via ACH or Credit Card. Processing fees may apply depending on the payment method selected.
